The New York Stock Exchange and Tokyo Stock Exchange tomorrow, Tuesday, January 30 would announce the terms of an agreement, which could be a further step towards the creation of a financial market that includes North America, Europe and Asia, following the merger between Euronext and NYSE Group Inc. and the acquisition of 20% of the Bombay Stock Exchange.
